Goats’ cheese starter with Mussini Fig Cream Glaze

Use two portions of semi-matured, soft goats’ cheese. Garnish each cheese with dried sunflower seed kernels and soy seeds and serve on a bed of green lettuce. Slice one cheese and garnish with ripe black figs for extra sweetness and texture. In order to bring out the flavour of the dish add plenty of Mussini Fig’s Cream.
