Slice an apple and a pear, cut some round orange slices, and clean 2 or 3 plums (dried plums are also fine). Place the fruit in a baking tray and sprinkle with sugar and ground cinnamon. Bake in the oven at 170°C for 20 mins.
Prepare pistachio spread using fresh crushed pistachios mixed with whipped cream and/or mascarpone cheese and sugar to taste. Serve with slices of crunchy unleavened bread with plums. Garnish the dish with Mussini Condimento Nobile no. 15.
