Cook one piece of salmon and one of hake in a non stick pan with olive oil. Cook king prawns on a grill. Serve the fish garnishing the salmon with chopped almonds, the hake with chopped pistachios, and the whole dish with a green dressing made with minced basil, parsley, and ginger with olive oil. To bring out the flavour of the fish use plenty of Mussini balsamic vinegar. Can be served with pieces of crunchy unleavened bread.
