Absolutely Cracking Wines from France invited us to join the Food and Wine Pairing Masterclass presented by Multi-award-winning international sommelier Gerard Basset and food and wine writer Natasha Hughes.
The menu included: ceviche, Thai crab cakes, mushroom risotto, roast beef and Yorkshire puds with horseradish sauce and a sumptuous cheese board.
