AOP Picpoul de Pinet Masterclass and Tasting
This London tasting was part of Picpoul de Pinet AOP’s tenth anniversary celebrations, and a chance to taste the latest vintages and meet with the producers.
10 years since the officialization of AOP Picpoul de Pinet, the single-grape variety that expresses this appellation has grown in popularity with its accessible freshness and minerality. Producers and wine houses were on hand to present their wines and included: Ormarine, Maison Jeanjean, Domaine La Grangette, Font Mars, Beauvignac, Domaine Felines Jourdan and Chateau Petit Roubie.
Later we were treated to a fabulous gourmet selection of seafood appetisers and French cheeses that demonstrated the qualities of these exciting wines.
